Each piece of Kate Rose Fine Jewelry is made to order for you. Because our pieces are custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are a very small studio whose goal is for you to be 100% happy with your jewelry. If you have a return or exchange request, email us at kate@katerosefinejewelry and we will work with you to find a solution.
Should there be any manufacturing defects or breaking during shipping, we will repair your piece free of charge within the first 30 days of purchase. However, our warranty does not cover general wear & tear, loose or lost stones, accidental damage, or lost jewelry. We are a small studio and believe in excellent customer service and will resize, repair, refurbish, and replace lost stones for the lifetime of your jewelry at a discounted rate.
