For our domestic customers in the U.S., we're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
We use UPS, with delivery within 3 days for orders under $5,000 USD and overnight shipping for orders over $5,000 USD. We provide shipping insurance on orders up to $5,000 USD. Please email kate@katerosefinejewelry.com to purchase additional coverage. Please note that a signature from an adult (21+) will be required upon delivery.
To ensure that your piece arrives safely and on time, we'll send you an email before shipping to confirm your shipping details.
For our international customers, we use FedEx International Priority for shipping, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days, depending on customs. Before shipping your order, we'll be in touch with you to confirm the details. Please note that all shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and your local FedEx or customs office will contact you to pay any applicable duties or taxes once the package has arrived in your country of import.

Returns Information
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction for our fine jewelry line.

We provide several opportunities for you to review and make edits during the creation process of your custom jewelry. While we don't offer returns or refunds for custom items, we're always available to address any concerns you may have.
